Consumer beware!Dave Brown is very unprofessional. He was unable to provide a guaranteed estimate without an appointment but then refused to set an appointment to do provide the estimate. ???? Was effectively told on the phone “we don’t want your business.” Don’t worry Mr. Brown you will never get my business in the future. I took my vehicle elsewhere and feel very lucky I didn’t do any further business with Mr. Brown.Update: Owner’s Response below doesn’t address the issue, but that’s par for the course.

Great service, took a little longer than I expected due to unforseen circumstances but when my daughter needed her car back ASAP for University they made it happen! Thank you! We cried a bit, happy tears of course!

Tried to get a quote for a little bit a body work to be done on the side of my car when I went Dave was not there so the girl behind the desk took pictures and I was told I would get a call from him with a quote estimate. I never did get a call, so I called them later on that day and no one answered. Another hour or so passed and I called again and was told the girl I talked to was not there and she would call me back when she got back to work. And again she never called. The customer service was terrible, definitely would not recommend.

Great painter and can match about any colour, very friendly staff, fair pricing. They also offer a full towing service, have mechanical repair, Uhaul rental and storage units to rent of various sizes. Dave Brown and his staff will help you out and treat you right with a full line of services

It's hard to review a company when they never try do the work promised. I dropped off an item to have painted after twice being told the cost would be approx $200. After a few days they called and said, oh sorry, we misquoted and it's really over $600 now. I was very disappointed that they wouldn't honor their quote when it was their mistake.

Crushed my front end in an accident.Cody amd the guys went out their way to ensure my car got dealt with even though my insurance company really dropped the ball.Now my car is back to brand spanking new!I could not say enough good things about how well they took care of my car and kept me sane during the whole process!

Had these guys fix and repaint a bent rocker panel. Cost me 4x times less than an official dealership estimate and the job itself was done perfectly. People can't even guess which side of the car was damaged in the first place!
