Northumberland Place
They are constantly upgrading this building to improve it. Rents for new tenants are increasing as a result. The building is clean and well maintained.

Northumberland Place
Living here is a real pleasure. They always have little parties going on for holidays. Christmas, Easter etc… Christmas is an all the trimmings feast. The only two things are that you can’t feed or have water out for the birds and it’s quite expensive considering it’s in Port Hope.
