If you need new gym equipment in Kamloops, Flaman is the place to go. I dealt with Shiv, the manager, and he worked really hard to source all of the product that I wanted for my gym. Even through the pandemic he was able to find what I needed and at a fair price. I highly recommend this business.

Flaman Fitness has a great selection for all exercise equipment needs. Shiv has been super helpful in choosing the best exercise equipment for my space and needs. He is excellent at what he does, super helpful in deliver and setup, and deserves a raise! I love my exercise bike!

Shiv hooked me up with top notch equipment so i could keep training hard when I didn't access to a proper gym. The equipment is great quality and the customer service and help I was very satisfied with. For any fitness equipment needs this is the place to go! It also arrived faster than expected!

Bought a treadmill that got delivered today. Bought a Max 6 Trainer in the past. Shiv was not only really helpful when I was in the store, he came himself (with one other person) to set it up in my house. Excellent customer service. I would go back for sure.

After much research on getting a good beginner level treadmill at a reasonable price point with quick turnaround on delivery, I was recommended to reach out to this store and got in contact with the Store Manager, Shiv Verma, who greatly assisted me getting the right product that checked all the boxes on price, availability, features and quick shipping. I got a Spirit Fitness XT185 Treadmill couple months ago and thus far have no complaints and in fact love my daily runs. It's a great buy for someone who's looking for a great run without lot of bells and whistles attached to it. I would recommend the purchase of this product.
