Top Notch Appliance Repair

I have a guest lodge and a dishwasher that gave out. Someone referred me to Top Notch. I was in a pickle and let them know. The first time I called I spoke to a real person who said that she would take a message and that someone would call me back asap. I waited 2 days and no return phone call so I called and left a very nice message requesting them to please call me back even if they didn't want to do the work to just let me know so I could look elsewhere for help. Still no return call. It has now been 10 days - 3 phone calls and they don't even have the courtesy to return a call. Very disappointing customer service.

Explained my issue with the washer, replaced a clutch and belt with a new one and left. Did not turn the machine on to see if it worked, did not recalibrate the machine to its new part. The machine still has the same problem of not spinning out and draining. High service charge $250 for nothing. No customer service and doesn't even try to make the costumer happy.
