I would strongly avoid this company. They went ahead and did work on our server without notifying us and then sent us a large bill for the work. Not professional and frankly scary that they feel their clients will just pay for any work they feel like doing.

I've only dealt with them once so far, so I'm unsure if the timely response was normal, other than that I got the information I needed about the email I sent and their response was very detailed and helpful.

Waited 7 days with no service to our FTP server. When emailed, took 3 days to respond, was hung up on by a technician that knew nothing about it". Frustrating when you support a local company and they treat you like dirt."
