Motor City Chrysler

I took me two years to write this. I leased my truck two years ago. At the time I ordered the truck I was not given a copy of the purchase/lease agreement. The lease finance rate wat 3.99%. When I got home with all the paperwork, I noticed the agreement was missing so I requested and the dealer emailed me a copy which showed a lease rate of 3.99%. When I picked up the truck four months later, I failed to notice that the agreement showed a lease finance rate of 4.99% which was a considerable increase from the original agreement". They also added a fee that was not on the original agreement. I caught that at the time and they removed it. I contacted the dealership and was basically told they would not change it and to bring the truck back if I wasn't happy. I could not wait another four to six months to order another truck from another dealer so I kept the truck. My advice to anyone ordering a vehicle is to read the agreement very carefully when taking delivery so the dealership sticks to the original agreement. I trusted them and didn't read it carefully enough. Won't be buying from Motor City again. However

Sales staff is fine. Service is a nightmare. My engine failed on a lease, they fixed it and left me with 5km of gas a month later. I lease again, ask them if they could be kind enough to check something in my truck, they will not even give me the time of day unless I pay them 150$ for a “diagnostic” another word for scam. Apparently all the mechanics get paid by the job, not by the hour.

I never really write reviews but I had to write this one because of how great and secure I felt leaving this dealership. From start to finish I never questioned what was happening or going on because of how transparent Sevan made everything to me. The whole transaction was so smooth, effortless and, easy . I have never had such great service anywhere else. even though he's a Manager he personally showed me everything in my vehicle all the features and took a picture with me, It really felt like the King's treatment and last but not least special thanks to Yousif for helping, Sevan has really built the best team in the city. Go see Sevan for your next vehicle you won't be disappointed.

Chantal did a wonderful job getting me into my Chevrolet Silverado. After driving through several dealerships on my quest for a new vehicle, she was the only one to come out and check to see if I needed any help. As a matter of fact. Another sales rep walked by without a nod or acknowledgment of me being there.Have a nice day.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Les was very patient. He answered all my husband's million questions without batting an eye. Andrea in finance is amazing as well. She has such a good sense of humor and explained everything in detail to us. She was able to help us get into a new truck within minutes, literally. I have already been sending people their way and will definitely go back to them in the future.

Just purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee from Motor City. We went all in and got the well equipped Summit model. Amazing vehicle and not disappointed in our decision to purchase it. We love to drive it.
