I've generally had good experiences here. The advisers are good. There's one cashier there (wears glasses, don't want to put up someone's name) that really does not know how to be discrete. She yelled out to another cashier how much money I was taking out of the bank. Thanks for announcing to the world how much money I'm carrying! It was bad enough I had to take out the cash without you advertising it! I do my best to avoid her.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got every task I needed sorted in a timely manner (and a little more with some extra advice regarding RBC My advisor on the online banking portal!). Adam whom I spoke to at the front counter was extremely polite and answered all my questions with professional expertise

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! If there was a MINUS -5 star rating I would have chosen that. I cannot begin to describe the level of frustration over the past 2.5 weeks in my dealings with investment advisors that cannot do their jobs ( esp Carla ) or return a phone call or the managers who never pick up a phone is outrageous. All in an attempt to renew a GIC ??? Wow!

Manager is brutal, asks questions that is none of her business and has nothing to do with ones banking needs. Both locations in Whitby have bad reputations so unless it’s taking money out the ATM just avoid

She worked tiredlessly to help make the switch an easy one and never left me feeling like I was just another sale, but I client for life. Thank you Donna-May from the bottom of my heart. Outstanding employee. I highly recommend her for all your mortgage needs!

I attempted to receive service here today and all I got for my trouble was attitude from Deb (who offered her card after her snarky responses) about how wrong I am as well as the tele-help agent I spoke to who sent me in. Why is it that when you need help all you get is no' is there nothing you could have done to help me? Maybe less attitude I was" polite and calm could have used a little help."

I have to say that our experience with Donna-May mortgage specialist was amazing as well! We moved our line of credit and started a new mortgage and she was amazing! She made me feel like I was a valued customer! She worked hard to male the process seamless. We were so happy to switch to RBC because of our experience with her.

Had a wonderful experience with Deb. Had some major issues I was trying to deal with over the phone for six weeks. Went in and Deb fixed everything and was super helpful!
