This store has amazing customer service! I have never had an issue with any of the staff. They are all polite, kind, professional and eager to help you out. The snotty employees from the Masonville store could learn a thing or two from these amazing employees!! Great job!

Excellent customer service at this location! I spoke with staff member Lexi tonight regarding an exchange on a gift, I explained that I was given a ring set from the Masonville Mall location where the staff member gave me 1/3 rings that was the wrong size, then refused to exchange the ring even though it was HER fault. I left the Masonville location practically in tears, but immediately upon speaking to Lexi was willing to listen & understand that this was a mistake, but that there is a simple solution and she was willing to help me. I’ll be visiting this location to have my rings exchanged, while being provided exceptional customer service!

Extremely rude and disrespectful. I’d like to start off by saying this problem was not about the money it was about the manager at Pandora and her poor attitude and customer service skills. I had to pay a $15 different due to the incompetence of the employees at this store. Again this was not about the money. We tried to voice our complaint to the manager at this location and she was being disrespectful and said she couldn’t do anything about the problem that one of her own employees caused. It is safe to say that we will not be returning to this store, especially this location. It is not worth the headache or the disrespect we faced.

I am writing this review to show our appreciation to the Manager and the wonderful, caring and VERY helpful staff at Masonville Pandora.We were dealing with an absurd situation from the Pandora store at Masonville and the wonderful staff at Whiteoaks Pandora were so helpful and understanding!!!!We were also looking for a specific item and their system said it was out of stock however, the manager went out of her way and searched every drawer in the store and found it!!!!! We were sooo happy!This store will get ALL of our business!!!!Thank you ❤

So this ring was a gift to me and they didn't tell my boyfriend that if you wear it everyday it will turn black and make your fingers go green. I have called the staff about this issue they just say he was told at the time of purchase. Which is not true they won't admit there own fault. I will be making sure that everyone I know is aware of this issue. A lot of money was paid for this ring and I can't even wear it. All because someone wanted to make a quick sale and not tell him what would happen if it was warn everyday.

I called them and they told me to wait. I wanted 9.43minutes on the phone and then they hang up. Very disrespectful
