Always the best! This lab is colocated with my doctor's office so I've been here many times over the years. Rarely a wait despite how busy they are. Today's visit was excellent as usual. The tech at the desk was very helpful & professional. The facility is very clean & modern. The staff are always friendly.

Infection control practices are non existent. Unorganized. No proper system to keep clients wait times in order. Staff are not accountable when mistakes are made.

No signage outside or inside- very hard to find. Then harder to find once inside the clinic. Had to ask a nurse if there is a Dynacare close by. “Go down the hall then go down the stairs” (to the basement) Line-up in the basement - zig zag, zig zag. Long line-up. Too bad they closed half the locations. Service got worse!

Maps took me to this location, but I see no sign of a Dynacare even being here. Wasted trip. There's rexall, Assiniboine Clinic, and a sign outside that lists the services offered here and lab work isn't on the list.

Great lab. Super fast if you go between 4:30-5:30.I cross the city and go to this location simply because I never have to wait. Most of the other locations are stupid busy with 15+ people ahead of you!! The techs are good too light hands for the most part =)

Quick service, a little bit hard to find the location since there is no sign out side.When you come through the parking lot, just go straight to the front door, and go down to the basement, it will be on your right

Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre
Took me 4 trips to get the blood work done that they forgot to do the first time. With an ND, they will only accept you Mon-weds, and if your requisite is on your phone they will not accept or help print it. All issues could have been mitigated if they did the initial requisite correctly. I don't believe the phone number is correct, either, as the three times I called to confirm, I never got an answering machine or a person.
