Uno Gelato

Lovely cold treats for us and the kids. we had hazelnut, salted caramel, blueberry and strawberry. The attendant allowed us go sample and made great recommendations! We would definitely recommend for those with food sensitivities as they had many options. The place was air conditioned and clean. After each guest left, the tables were sanitized. Fab!

Visited this Vancouver convention centre location twice during our brief stay at #Vancouver BC.Great taste and super sense of hospitality.The person (Gustavo, pardon me if incorrect spelling) who served us was highly customer service oriented and definitely one of the reasons for us to go there again. I liked the sugar free hazelnut gelato with an espresso shot to mention. Also the chocolate with espresso shot both tasting out of the world.And the Akbar (Saffron Flavour) is also the novelty.Would love to visit again and again and again.Suggestion: Introduce Custard Apple also known as Sugar—Apple flavour soon.

Yummy - really nice gelato and all the good flavours. Not a huge selection but it’s big enough. We all loved our gelato and sorbettos - good service too.

Midnight chocolate sorbetto is AMAZING (it's vegan and I'm not vegan). Only reason I took away a star is because you have to pay extra for a cone and I think not using a disposable cup and plastic spoon should be rewarded:). I'll give it an extra star if it changes:).

Participated in one of the gelato courses run in the shop. It was the best experience and so delicious. They are so knowledgeable and skilled at producing some wonderfully treats. They really focus on simple pure ingredients to create their final products. Would recommend the experience to other gelato/sorbetto lovers, which is almost everybody!

Very delicious gelato and friendly staff! Gelato is smooth and creamy. They have some interesting flavours but you can't go wrong with the more basic stuff here either. Prices are in line with other gelato/ice cream shops in the city.

Really need to train their staff on customer service. I got a single scoop in a cup, i asked for a lid at checkout and she said that it was too full and couldn’t put a lid on. She then proceeded to unscoop more than half the gelato back. I’m paying $7 for barely half a scoop of gelato. I voiced my concern that I still wanted the full scoop of gelato, I just needed a bigger container to put a lid on. She ignored my request and continued removing the gelato from my cup. At that point I didn’t even want the gelato anymore. Whoever that was should work on not making the customer feel like an inconvenience. Extremely bad taste in my mouth as this was my first time there. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customer

Here you will find organic and fresh flavours very well combined. The gelato colours are natural and the flavours are rich without an overwhelming taste. Sorbettos are perfect fruity flavours for summer.If you are looking for something different, try the Sundae challenge 2019 option, it is a tropical madness!! The ”Locura Tropical” is based on Latin, specifically Colombian flavours, mixing mango, grapes, papaya and banana on vanilla yogurt, topped with mozzarella cheese that gives the sweet and salty perfect combination. The mozzarella cheese is a delicious surprise for your palate. Maestro Gelatiere Andres makes Frutti di Bosco (wild berry) gelato flavour from scratch, which goes perfectly with the fruit salad making a refreshing complement. As a garnish, crispy chocolate balls and an Italian marble chocolate rhombus, decors elegantly this beautiful and yummy dessert. It is a tropical madness in your mouth. 110% recommended!!!

Got my iced latte from here just now Jun 25 3pm-ish, cup was mis-shapened on the bottom it wouldn't sit straight. I told the staff as soon as I got it and she just gave another cup to use op top. No effort to acknowledge anything, or question why the cup i was served was like that. After finishing the coffee and inspecting it (photos), I realized it's from the heat of the coffee used on plastic cup. Now I am questioning the release of BPA or other plastics that would be carcinogenic. Staff were neither attentive or apologetic in any way about this. I would avoid this place, at least for their lack of safe and proper handling of coffee in plastic cups. You never know what kind of harm their negligence would bring to your health.

Having Uno Gelato at our wedding was the best decision we made! It was the highlight of the night and all the guests LOVED IT! Because they have Gelato and Vegan Sorbetto everyone could enjoy despite their dietary restrictions. A big THANK YOU to Paddy for his top notch service and the entire Uno Gelato Team for making our day so memorable and special. We highly recommend Uno Gelato for any special event or your next date night. Uno Gelato is simply the best!
