The wise stop

After finding them on Facebook, I received a message back right away and than I proceeded to ask how many washers they had and the prices ( i didn’t want to waste my time or his if my price range wasn’t there). He told me to make an appt that they have 500 plus appliances in stock. I get there and he shows me one that is the price of a new one I ask if he has more he said no. This place is a joke he obviously wanted to just get me in the door, poor business!After all walking away from the building I nearly fell outside from all the ice, it’s clearly not salted. Saturday was his lucky day let’s hope someone else doesn’t fall or he may have more to worry about. Never ever will I recommend anyone to go there I will discourage them.

Prices are terrible for used . May as well buy new better than wasting money on a washer to last a few months .

I have bought fridges, stoves, ac's, washer and dryers from here. Only one fridge(over the years 6 total bought) gave us an issue 6 months in. It was a used fridge when I bought it. This is a used appliance store with great low prices compared to new. The staff is a little rough around the edges but a helpful bunch. For a bargain, I would recommend them.Gaetan

Bought our washer from here 4 months ago, put a small load in and it smelled absolutely horrific, called to see if someone could take a look at it (because it’s only been 4 months and it is unacceptable to break this early) and they basically told us it was our problem to deal with and to call someone else to come look at it and that it was “very strange” Very disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced today. Not going to be a returning customer that’s for sure.

Incredible service, prices and products. I needed a rare size fridge today for my business. Not only did they have it in stock, they had a great price on it and had it delivered to our front door within hours of calling them. Thanks so much to the woman that helped me out today with all of that. These are the types of businesses that make our community so great. Definitely recommend! 10/10!

Fridge broke after 3 months. Sketchy business, avoid at all cost.

Literally the nicest most accommodating people here I have met, not sure why the reviews are low on here they pulled out all the stops to make our experience great all the appliances look essentially brand new and extremely clean. Would recommend you ignore the other people and stop in here if you are on a budget.

Scam! Avoid at all cost. Bought an older stove. Was told it comes with 30 days warranty. The burners take 1 hour to boil water!!! When asked for replacement, the owner said it is either the wiring of the building, or the pot not being flat, or not starting with hot water, or not knowing how to use a range!!! Give me a break…

I bought a dryer from The Wise Stop a few months ago, and shortly thereafter it wasn't getting hot enough. The owner's husband ( an appliance repairman ) came to my house the same day I called, fixed the problem, and wouldn't accept payment for the service call. This was several months ago, and the dryer, which only cost me $200, has been working perfectly ever since. My experience with The Wise Stop was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them. Super nice people too!

How rude! The owner of this place has to be one of the rudest people I have met! She reached out to me to buy a used dishwasher, when I arrived I was treated so poorly, she was off her rocker from the gecko. After her taking a look at it she hustled me knowing I was moving and struggling. But then walked away mid talk and slammed the door, after her husband went to speak to her and came out with the money. After all was said and done she proceeded to messages me telling me how she thought I was a nasty person for smoking and she hates all smokers. Her attitude was just uncalled for. I hope this serves people well, do not waste you time!
