VR Prestige, Assez ordinaire comme vendeur de Roulotte, petite formation à l'achat, plusieurs extras son à prévoir on nous informe après le dépôt, plusieurs réparation 12 points ils est impossible de faire réparer notre roulotte neuve VR Prestige à St-nicolas je reste à Lévis, jai du aller a Mascouche déposer ma Roulotte 2h30 aller louer un hôtel vu qu'elle était pas près la journée même, et retourner à Lévis 2 jour plus tard en plus de manquer 2 jour de travail a cause de la distance, prix final réparer garantie, essence, Hôtel ordinaire, 400$ concernant la formation hivernage, aucune, tu t'arranges avec tes troubles, je ne vous recommande pas VR Prestige un grand manque de formation et services après ventemanuel du propriétaire très difficile à comprendre et incomplet, manque de simpatie et courtoisie

Vraiment pas eu une belle expérience avec le vendeur qui ns avait vendu du rêve. Il m avait dit on vas presser le citron et juste eu 500 de rabais donc c est une joke sur un gros montant.

We loved the models and the fact it was made here in Quebec was something to be proud! As well we live right next door to their headquarters! So we inquired on purchasing one of their motorhome! But after speaking to their sales staff , that were very unknowledgeable and un-interested, and even writing an email directly to the CEO who did not even bother to reply, we bought a Pleasure Way. We love our choice, but the pride of having a Quebec made product would have been perfect, but the company seems very uninterested in their customers’ needs or communications . Too bad!

Après plusieurs mois de recherches et plusieurs locations de VRs dans les dernières années, nous nous sommes arrêtés sur le Sun-Lite 16BH et VR Prestige comme concessionnaire.Fabuleuse expérience du début à la fin. Les installations sont A1, la livraison rapide et la préparation de la roulotte fût impeccable. Le service après-vente nous a pas laissé tombé lors d'une défaillance du chauffe-eau en début d'opération. Un arrêt au concessionnaire avec la roulotte et immédiatement et sans questions, un mécano était assigné à la réparation nécessaire. Ce dernier nous a expliqué et montré en détails l'origine et la solution au problème.30 mins plus tard, nous étions en route vers la maison avec la satisfaction d'avoir vraiment choisi le meilleur concessionnaire de VR. Bravo à toute l'équipe de VR Prestige de Mascouche!!!

I am posting this a year after we bought.First of all, don't trust the salesman/woman over there, they will lies in your face. Our sale representative answered some questions without knowing the real answer or by liying to us. Either way... Your not supposed to do that. We bought the RV under the condition that they add another fan in the back room like the one in the front. They put another model that is now leaking. We paid for rust proofing and on delivery it was not done. They did it quick and it look like a quick job if you know what I mean. When I look under the RV I see that they didn't put any effort on that. We had to bring the RV back for multiple reasons, we lost a great amount of time and money on those repairs that should not even be there.We bought a brand new RV thinking that it would be less trouble then a used one. We were wrong, the quality of the product they sell is really poor.Overall an awful experience, a ton of money and time wasted, a feeling of getting rip-off. I would not even tell my enemies to buy an RV there. No body should put a hundred thousand dollars to have so much trouble.It was clearly not a luxury RV but a Luxury trouble.

On a pris possession de notre Montecarlo 1900 LX fin septembre et nos amis l’on tellement aimé qu’ils ont réservé un modèle 2100 LX au salon du VR de Québec.

This RV dealership is poorly managed at best. This was our 3rd class C purchase and, our 1st and last from this dealership . There was no pre-delivery inspection done at all on our unit, even though we e-mailed a small list of things we would like to ensure were done for our own safety as we were trading in our older MH and leaving in our new one. The tires were between 10 and 20 psi below the recommended pressure which is unsafe and inexcusable to me. The person that showed me the RV had no clue about the product at all, he did was clean the new RV nice. There was not even enough gas in the tank to test generator to see if it worked. No water in the tank to prove any of the taps or water heater, fridge not on, etc. etc. etc... as soon as they get your money they push you out the door. If you are going to purchase from this place, it is in your best interest to do your homework and you should know the product you are buying. Because they don't.

Horrible service!

First of all I would like to note that Employees have rated the dealership that are not customers, rating five stars which is a bias opinion. The trade-in was not fair. They have it listed now for 20,000 more. The only reason we bought there was they were the only dealer in Canada that had the RV we wanted, so we went for it anyways. The finance manager was suppose to meet for the pick-up, and I expected to meet the sales guy too. We travelled 12 hours to get there. We had emailed 3 hours earlier to confirm our appointment. No one showed up, and they sent a lady I never dealt with and she knew nothing about the deal arrangement. We purchased the motorhome remotely with a deposit, and the deal wasnt final until we viewed the motorhome. They were ready to do the paperwork without showing us the rv, which we obviously refused. Nothing was ready in the camper that was specified in emails to the dealer. The daytime lights for Canada were not programmed, when they said they would be. My husband had to get the camper going in their parking lot, while I did the move from the old camper to the new camper. At 4:45 pm they wanted us gone so they could go home. We finished anyways until 5:15pm. They didnt know the product and there was no full walk through with the dealer. They did show us the rv before signing, but we thought we would get a demo which didnt happen. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. The positive note is we do like our new RV. We are experienced RVers and my husband did all the work and fixes to get it running like it should.
