I’m very happy with this products.

Amazing place to buy high end goods and products. They mainly target high class female costumers with a distinct taste of a golden flare. It has its own wifi and seating which make shopping very comfortable and seamless. The staff are great and friendly which is great for this type of industry. The place has huge selection bags and handbags. The floor is caroeted with a dazzling finish and very comfortable to step and walk with. The ligthing is also great for selfies.

at 5:00pm, Jun19, in coach Metrotown store, i have a terrible experience with shift manager who needs much more trained and educated. He totally don’t know how to serve customer.

The staff is really nice and very helpful. The person that helped me was able to assist me in terms of pricing.

Service was right away. Very knowledgeable with their products. Why the pricing are different from online.

We were helped by a very sweet and very patient salesperson that helped answering all of our questions. While we tried a lot of different items. We bought a cute clutch for a friend’s birthday and I got this amazing Fanny pack, which I’m very excited to be using.

The selection seems limited, the things for guys are kept under glass displays and are so small. The ladies selections are incredible though. The leather looks beautifully mad and crafted. There is that great leather smell when you walk into the store as well. Definitely worth a visit, just make sure you bring a bunch of moolah to go with the visit, also, a girl in mind for when you want to buy something.

When I first laid eyes on it, wasn’t loving the whole denim thing. I was most concerned about fraying but they said it was covered 1 year free repair and shipping to and from was free. After one year they can get a quote if I want it repaired on my dime. Fair enough.Other thing is the denim fabric would probably darken from dirt and grime Vs just the leather. But nothing is supposed to last forever I guess.What I did like is it fits everything (bus pass library and health benefit card) and on the other side my work key card, elevator key card. And one more spot if I want to add government ID to it. And I had not wanted a zippered item. But that wasn’t an option for the colors I was only willing to buy. The zipper area probably won’t work for me as it’s so hard to get the opening open due to the stiff thick work and elevator key cards. But I mean I could tuck a key or two or maybe some money in there like for emergency not every day useOverall. For the price. It’s practical and slim. My only wish is I wished it came with a keychain hoop. But the ones offering that were 1cm thick style and I wanted flat and slim. The girl at METROTOWN was super helpful. Even ran around looking for a keychain in a specific color for me. Highly recommend this location.
