One of the most stressful checkout experiences. What's the point of self checkouts when you have a worker looking over shoulders? It's the closest store in the east end and I dread having to go to the dollar store now.

Very unfriendly people at the counter, when ask to speak to manager, it was even worse. Asked to return something for false advertising on the package, was told it is written on bottom of receipt, no returns or exchanges, we don't make the rules, head office does.When I told them, your customer service, you help the customer come to a resolution, they walked away from me with a smile.I know it was only a dollar store item but it was a pretty expensive item from them. I should know better next time I guess. Customer has no rights these days.

Nice store. Staff are nice. But only restricted to self serve at checkout which socks. I dnt mind self checkout but then the line gets long

Good selection great for cheap food and furniture, gotta shop fast or else you might just miss it. Customers can be loud and a annoying sometimes but usually mind there business. Great customer service very funny/friendly. Long line that is very slow.
