StorageMart is a breath of fresh air, I visited and spoke to Diane at the Portage Avenue location and John at head office I believe.I've visited a few Saskatoon storage places, there is no comparison Storage Mart is 100% better, Diane is a credit to the company, she explained everything so well, clearly, accurately and very professionally. I spoke to John on the phone, he was equally as professional and thoroughly made sure I was happy before I visited the Portage Avenue location.I cannot express enough how professional everyone is at Storage Mart, I would thoroughly recommend them.

I highly recommend StorageMart! I was able to reserve a storage locker online and then came down to the office to finalize it. Diana was super helpful and made the process easy peasy. The locker itself is great - clean, affordable and conveniently located.

My brother and I came in today not knowing what to expect. We met Diana and she was great! She was very knowledgeable and kind. We plan to come back here if we need to in the future!The storage area was very clean.Diana definitely needs a raise!

Great customer service! I have never used self-storage before and Diana made it so easy and simple! She walked me through all the steps, made sure I knew my price options for sizes and extras like proximity to the office. She went over all the security features of the location and gave me tips on how to make sure the door closes completely especially during winter with possible ice and snow buildup. Found out that the snow clearing is done very promptly and the area has easy access from a main road in an industrial area and it's a really convenient location.

I was extremely happy with Diana and her help finding me a unit for our storage needs. The unit I initially booked was too small so she was very accommodating finding a larger unit. The storage units are clean and secure. I really appreciated the motion light within the unit and the extra lighting for security around the facility
