Broke my last phoneWent in and seen Thomas. Had a great experience! Will definitely be going back. Got a S23 ultimate and I'm very happy with it. Great rate plans, no issues with service in my area. All in all very happy

I've been to this store a number of times. The store is clean, well lit and very well organized. Every person I have encountered has been welcoming, friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have.The Manager has done a great job with this store. He has a great team! Not even a customer but my provider was closed for 30 minutes on my lunch. was having some issues with the phone being slow.Short chubby guy at your store helped me out and it works like a charm. I would totally trust this hobbit to bring the ring to mordorThanks guy

I was having billing issues with my old provider. And my old provider could not explain my bill. I was looking to get a new provider. I walked into Rogers. Not only was my old bill explain to me. The differences between my old provider and Roger's were explain. And how I could save money and get a new phone in the process. Great customer service. Very friendly and willing to help

I am currently a Bell customer but have a pay as you go via Roger's for my father to use. The phone recently was damaged so I went to the store to obtain options for a new one. I spoke with 2 of the represtatives in the store to which I found very helpful and were able to get me not only a new phone but a cheaper plan to what I am paying with my own personal Bell account.

Too many lies, no one at this store can be trusted!My sister kindly arranged for me to get an iPhone 14. The person she ordered it from at Rogers said it had to be delivered to this store. After several days, I called daily to see if it had arrived and was told that they would call me when it did. After eight days ( I was told it would be 3-5 business days), I asked for Thomas, the manager. Chris said he talked to Thomas and there was some sort of mix up and I wasn’t on their spread sheet and to get my sister to call them. Turns out, Purolator tried to deliver it the Friday before and they turned it away. Sister calls Rogers and Thomas says he told me they don’t accept phones and that he had told me this days ago!! Luckily, sister called the head office and it got sorted out and delivered to my home. Not impressed!

Great service, been a customer for years. Never an issue and always an easy transaction when getting a new phone or questions about my plan . Great staff , will always remain a loyal customer.
