Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car recently through insurance and it was almost impossible to get a rental, called almost every enterprise in the GTA and couldn't get one but Karim made the process so easy and got me a vehicle within a few days. The experience I had with this enterprise was better then any other. Karim was friendly kind and great. I would definitely go back here to get a rental the next time I need one. 5 stars just for the excellent experience and customer service from Karim.

This place smells of high paint fumes , to the point that you can’t breathe , it has a dog in there that also smells. The guy there Karim talks way to much, even with customers waiting in line. He gave us a dirty rental car that’s half working and gave another lady a half broken car. Both of us were in line to return them. Mean while he was chatting away & ignoring both us and other customers.Do not rent from here. Save yourself the time with terrible customer service and get better quality cars elsewhere. This is a zero star rental company.

Extremely helpful staff. They didn’t have a sedan available for me so they offered me a Wrangler and said to bring it back if I didn’t like it and they would give me something else if I needed it! If I ever need a rental I know where to go!

I rented a car for a month from here, the service was amazing! Mr Karim was very professional, kind and friendly! Mr Edward was great as well!They were both super great!Picking up and dropping off was fast efficient and smooth!Definitely recommend!Thank you Mr Karim and Edward for your help, I really appreciate it!

I wish there was the option to remove this one last star too, as this would be an insult to this star! They have provided a phone number, and they did not pick it up for so long that the answering bot hung up! We had to drive there and after a decent waiting time and watching that same phone ring for ever and same case no answer, the clerk comes to say that they have no cars available. If you have not that many cars available how about spending some time answering the phone and let the people know about the situation? And if you are short staffed during this time of no car availability, just hire someone. Have some respect for others’ time as much as yours

If I could give this location 100 stars I would. The employees, Tim and Eric are 2 of the most amazing people. Their customer service, knowledge and customer appreciation goes above and beyond my expectations everytime. Enterprise NEEDS to keep these 2 guys because without them I would definitely go somewhere else to rent vehicles and I rent at least 1 vehicle a month.

A very good experience. The associate helped me a lot. He even upgraded my vehicle for no cost and offered a ride back to the nearest GO station. So all in all a smooth experience. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were quick to process rental pick up and drop off. Vehicles offered are in great condition.

Was at this location 2 weeks ago to drop off my rental and to pickup my car at the Hyundai dealership. Coming from Guelph, I didn’t know what to expect so I was pleasantly surprised at the nicest service I received from Karim(?). He was polite, care about my convenience and even gave me a ride to the dealership. I would recommend the rental at this location.

Worst dealership ever . I rented a car here today . The cars engine overheated . I had to wait for tow truck . Tow truck wouldn’t drop me off anywhere near my home . Enterprise wouldn’t pick me up . I ended up in Scarborough at enterprise . I was getting off tow truck and fell to the ground . The driver never helped me out . Am a senior . It was very high up . I had to pay for an Uber home . I will never rent from this place again . This is a nightmare . No one called to help me out .
