We ordered a sofa, a chair and a coffee table. No problem with the delivery for the sofa and chair. However, they delivered the wrong coffee table, it took almost 2 weeks before we could schedule another delivery for the right item and then when we could schedule the new delivery, we had to wait 3 weeks. Plus the person said they would call us when we could schedule the new delivery, but they never called. We had to call 3-4 times.*update: was supposed to receive our coffee table on January 4. No emails or confirmation and when I called, they said they weren’t delivering it today. Worst company. Never ordering from them again.

Excellent service and great design advice. A sofa bed arrived damaged. But they replaced it without question and let us use the damaged one while we waited for the delivery of the new one.

Bought a bed frame in December and were told we would get a call when it arrives (expected late January). Slept on the floor of our new home for over a month, no call. We called Mobilia in early February to find out the product was in stock and nobody reached out to us to schedule delivery. Waited another week for the delivery, supposed to be between 1-5pm on Saturday (11th). They arrived at 6pm. Kept their boots on, leaving dirt on my carpet and hardwood. They asked me to come assess the damage to the headboard to see if I still wanted it, any damage is unacceptable, so we refused the product. Before they removed any boxes from my bedroom, I was asked to initial that they did not damage my property, so I did. Within 2 minutes of me signing, they dropped a box and chipped the hardwood of my brand new house.

The sales people are scammers. They try to act like they’re giving you a good price when they’re basically giving you the minimum discount that you would get if you were working with an interior designer. And there’s no problem with that but don’t act like you’re giving me special treatment and getting the manager to approve of this discount when you basically step away from the desk and return seconds later, and then try to get me to take the deal otherwise it’s off. Then we get delivery of the items and there’s defects on “brand new” stock. On top of that, the delivery guys were rude and disrespectful of our home. Conveniently the associate disappears while we try to figure out what to do. It’s been a month now and our items are still not fixed. We’ve been rescheduled 3 times now… definitely would NOT recommend.

I bought a modular sofa from mobilia 6 years ago, and it sat in my house without any use for several years as I was out of town. Within the first month of use the leather started to fall apart and looks as if I bought it off a cheap furniture store. I spoke to mobilia they gave me a phone number of the repair place they use, and they could not fix the piece. No one in town will fix this piece as it’s very difficult to upholster. I literally have to throw this couch out, the foam was of very poor quality the sectional is sagging everywhere! They don’t stand behind the quality of their product, I have purchased furniture from wayfair that was of better quality. Very disappointed, will never buy from this place again.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a manager. The store manager for the ottawa location, Jean, was no help at all. He was rude and not willing to help. We bought a sectional from the store less than a year ago and it started rusting. Thank God it was still under warranty. However, within the span of that year, sofas in general increased drastically in price. We bought our sectional at $2500. It was now $4500. Something we couldn’t afford and he was not willing to even give us a discount on a new piece. I know very well that anyone coming into the store can generally get 20%. Jean was not willing to help us. Called Jean’s boss at head office and she didn’t even call me back. Weak service from top level associates. At those prices, go somewhere where you will get top notch service. This is definitely not the place!UPDATE:Mobilia responded to my review asking me to send them an email. I sent them an email on Tuesday and they still haven’t responded. The people on here who say customer service doesn’t get back to you are correct!

Worst experience I’ve ever had! We ordered a dining table online and need to pick it up at this location. My dining table top is damaged. They don’t have my dining table base in their warehouse. It’s absolutely ridiculous! Why they contact their clients while they are not prepare everything ready for their clients? And we’ve rented a van to pickup my table twice.Also, I can’t return it in store. I have to contact online customer service for getting refund. I would not recommend everyone coming to Mobilia! Never come back!

Worst customer service. Buyer beware.Purchased 2 rechargeable outdoor lanterns 17 days ago. Charged them completely and they lasted approx 20 minutes.Their policy says 15 days for return. I was wanting to return at 17 days. However, I called ahead and someone said it shouldn’t be a problem. I drove almost an hour in traffic.The atmosphere in that store is toxic.The manager told me that I may have purchased floor demos and she can’t return. I told her if I did I definitely did not agree to purchase demos. Not by a long shot and not at that price. So they sold me used goods without my knowledge.One second she says the extra couple of days is not why she can’t return th lanterns and the next it is.She continues to say that if the lanterns are defective it no longer their problem but a customer service problem and the store doesn’t deal with that.All to say, if you purchase with them, be cautious.

Different from before, customer service became way below the expectation!Last November, I bought 2 accent chairs from mobila. Upon delivery I noticed a defect in them . I emailed the customer service and they replied to me offering 3 options , since then no action have been made and no response to my emails and calls after that!!

The coffee table that I bought two years ago just exploded today. It was very horrible. Luckily, nobody was close to it while it was exploding.I called the customer service, but nobody answered and called me back. Consequently, I got to this store where I bought the table. The manager told me that there was nothing she could do for me except wrote a email to their customer service and she also told me usually their customer service need SEVERAL WEEKS to reach back to me.I think the most ridiculous thing is that we never even put anything on the table. Only sometimes my 5kg cat was staying on it. The quality is absolute trash.
