We’ve called Harris to pump our tank a few times and recently had a problem with our septic pump. They were so great to respond and keep in touch about when the technician would arrive. Erica is super friendly and helpful on the phone with scheduling and was always so great to respond to questions we had. Dylan was very helpful in showing the problem we had and helping us to know what to watch out for with future issues. They are absolutely fantastic!

These guys are incredible. Hired them to replace a sewer line clogged up with tree roots. They gave me a reasonable quote and did the job the very next day, under budget. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend.

We contacted Harris three days ago for a non-emergency septic pump-out. The gentleman who showed up yesterday was prompt, polite, and super quick. It was also a fair price. He also identified afterward that we would need to replace something in the future. He first told me what I would need to fix it if we do it ourselves and where it was located. He then offered a great price if we decided to not do it ourselves. I appreciated that because usually a service will do it the other way around. Highly recommend and will call again. Thanks so much!

We hired Harris Septic to repair the pump line to the distribution box in our septic system. Rodney quickly found that the line had been improperly installed when the system was installed (NOT by Harris!).He and his crew were extremely professional, and performed the repairs as promised. Erica was extremely helpful in all coomunications. Prior to hiring Harris, we were told they were honest, and would do exactly what was needed. They were true to their word, and left our site in good shape. If you need septic work, this is who to hire!

We bought a house a few years ago and coming from the south didn't know about septic. Rodney come and uncovered our tank emptied it and taught us Alot! Such a nice guy very helpful informative and funny! We had a great time! They got back to us quickly when I called and had an appointment set up for us within a few days. Great group of people I HIGHLY recommend them!

I contracted Harris Septic to install a new septic system at my old house. I was very pleased with the workmanship, care, and transparency with the work. Rodney always took the time to answer my questions and put up with me filming the whole thing. You could tell that they really cared about doing a good job. They went above and beyond in several areas. I hope to work with them again. Old school honest business, a very good introduction to working with local businesses.
