Great experience working with S.W. Farrell & Sons. The team is friendly and goes out of their way to keep the jobsite safe and organized at the end of each day. The owner is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend for any excavation or urgent water/sewer solutions.

We were shortly pleased with the courtesy and prompt work that we recieved from this company after they had repaired our main city water leak. During the excavation of our driveway they told us that the water pipe going into our 1893 home was the original lead pipe. The work was done. They left a clean site and on time. UNFORTUNATELY, less than a year afterwords we had a main sewer leakage issue. Which meant that all the excavation work in our driveway had to be dug up again to replace the sewer pipe that was approximately 18 inches below the new water pipe. Their business card and their online ads tell us about their extensive experience in SEWER AND WATER INSTALLATIONS.Oopps!! Someone miss the boat on this job. A sure sign of total inexperience. When I called the owner he said, We did only what you asked and we didn't want to look like gold diggers!. This has now cost us a lot of money. I tried 3 times to contact the company through email without response. Not only inexperienced but also a total lack of professionalism. Very sad."

S W Farrell just finished up a residential sewer replacement that I was involved in. Their professionalism and skill made the project look easy. They finished on time and on budget leaving the Client more than satisfied. A big shout out to Kurt and the gang!
