BOOTLEGGER: Lawson Heights Mall

I was appalled by the “customer service” at this location. I found a shirt on the discount rack, I liked the shirt and new it would be discounted even though it wasn’t marked cause I had bought the same shirt the previous year just a different colour. I went to pay and mentioned it wasn’t marked down though it was on the discount rack. The lady who wasn’t even helping me said it was obviously just put in the wrong spot. I went to say “oh I didn’t see it any where else .. because I would get a different size then” but she cut me off and said “like I said it was obviously just put in the wrong spot” I was shocked I paid for the sweater and left. I should have left it but I do like the shirt and have been shopping at bootleggers for as long as I can remember. I will absolutely never shop at this location again and will discourage anyone else I know from doing the same.
