I had the pleasure of having Al come to my residence to fix the wonkie lid on a Danby freezer purchased from Costco. He was excellent and quickly diagnosed the problem fixing it easily. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Atlas is lucky to have such a knowledgeable technician in their employ. 5 star easily.

Harry sold me a washer/dryer. I paid for the install and stacking kit. The installers were not able to install the set and left it in the room uninstalled. Harry recognized the poor service and promised to provide a partial refund. I have been calling him weekly to follow up for 2 months now. He keeps telling me he will do it but continues to put me off. If Atlas doesn't intend on providing compensation for poor service, please do not make promises and proceed to brush me off when I call again and again to follow up.

Needed a maintenance call for my washing machine and Kyler resolved the issue quickly. He was on time, personable, and great to chat with. He explained the repair process as he went about it and gave me tips to avoid any further issues. Would definitely go back to Atlas for any appliance needs. Thanks Kyler!

Wow! What a fantastic company, they are incredibly understanding and helpful. We were lucky enough to have Cyler Hebert come to our house this morning to service our microwave. And he just did an outstanding job! He knew exactly what he was talking about, he taught me how to better take care of our machine and was quick and easy to talk to. It was also a big bonus that he likes cats, since we have two of them. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else! Thank you all for your great customer service and being experts in the field !

Our very expensive GE fridge started causing problems 1 month before the warranty was up. Called GE, they sent this guy who honestly did not seem to know much about the fridge. Three months and 3 more visits, the fridge actually got worse every time he came. Went from the water dispenser not working to the fridge freezing everything.I called again. Don't buy GE, their customer service is garbage. Someone finally told me they'd send a different guy. I was still dubious and i was convinced we needed a new fridge.Al showed up on a Monday. By Friday he returned with the part he needed and it was fixed. In one week.I'm not sure which company the other guy worked for, but Al works ar Atlas and he is awesome. If he had shown up first, I would've been able to have Christmas dinner at my house.Thank you so much for your stellar help. I would call atlas on my own for appliance repair.

Had a great experience with my Samsung dryer repair! Atlas quoted 25% of the other quotes I received, and Heather was so helpful and kind in booking and giving me all the information I needed. Cyler came to repair it, and he was kind, fast, professional, and knowledgable. I was super impressed. I felt treated fairly. I will only be calling Atlas from now on!
