Just called the store and the manager was very rude! Asked if they carried any waist belts in a certain size and was getting attitude the whole time! This isn't the first time! If you hate your job that much, simply quit! Why take it out on customers and potential customers. I will take my business to another showcase location. Had problems with this lady for many years but since she's the owner and manager nothing will change! I highly suggest others visit another location since customer service and customer gratitude is at the lowest of their priorities. I had nice experiences with the regular staff members.

Went there on Sat, red head girl and assistant manager working. Waited at least 5 mins to be served as they finished talking, had a return that I made online. Told I could not return in store for inventory reasons asked why all she said was inventory reasons. Then they went back to talking. Finish with your customer before you continue your conversations also the assistance manager needs to learn to wear a mask. Cover your nose as well. Poor service.

Bought a cooling fan that is defective, would not turn on. Brought back to return within 12 hours of purchasing a product that doesn’t work. Store manager Linette, would only offer a gift card to their store. Would not return my money for an obviously defective product. She even went so far to admit that some of the fans just don’t work and they’ve had problems with others. Buyer beware of a store selling defective products with horrible customer service. Never again!

I miss this show case you guys are the best I REMEMBER when I was living in and the store was in the other mall and I used to come around there on my break and look around to see the things and go to my class for the money come back and buy something from you guys I don't remember the names of the lady that was there but Barrie show case as the best workers ❤

Purchased the warranty on a speaker from the location in Bayfield Mall that closed down. Had issues originally getting assistance was directed with their online support they retrieved my transaction and I called in to this location spoke to Alexis and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. Sent my hubby in and he was very impressed was in and out (he hates dealing with exchanges/returns). Thanks Alexis, you just saved this company a customer. Her professionalism and product knowledge was amazing I thought she was a manager, she’s not but definitely should be running a store.

I went on Saturday and saw Squishmallows in a clear bag on the floor there was one on the shelf so I thought it was okay to grab the one I wanted to buy out of the bag. An employee came over and wasn’t very polite when asking me to not touch what wasn’t on the shelf. I almost cried and just left the store without buying anything. May I also add that the clear bag was near the entrance unattended so someone could have ran passed and grabbed it.

Good store. Something for everyone here, really neadt items... from Candles to slippers to kids toys and slime, to toolsand massage machines! Always something cool here. Recently i went with my daughter and found all of this feeze dried candy. ITS AMAZING!

They sell prime here and some of them are damaged but still hard to find flavours of prime any where else

This store is a money pit. Just about everything I have bought from here has either not worked right from the time of purchase or has busted just shortly after the 30 day exchange date. Customer service here is also a joke. I will never buy anything from the Barrie Bayfield Showcase store again. If I could rate with a 0 I would.

Top quality customer service that is hard to find these days. Excellent service and pleasant experience. This store has things you didn't even think existed but you need trust me lol
