Excellent people. I always looked forward to my visits at NorDon. The staff are always friendly and personable, in spite of being incredibly busy with customers either on the phone or in the store. I valued their expertise, along with their readiness to answer questions and to offer advice. Four years after my abdominal surgery, I had my colostomy reversed, but I still make a point of dropping by to say hello.

My husband and I have been using Nordon Medical supplies for our special needs daughter for a couple years now and are very satisfied with the staff, service and products. I can’t believe there would ever be a bad review! Valerie is our assigned associate and she us absolutely awesome. She has helped us in many ways such as finding the right brief/diaper and supplies. She has suggested things we didn’t know about, or thought about needing for our daughter with Rett Syndrome….Extremely helpful and informative. Highly recommend using NorDon for all your medical needs.

Thank you to the wonderful staff. They helped me solve my dressing needs very professionally and efficiently. The person who helped me, whose name i forgot to ask, was very knowledgeable about their products and was able to find a solution to my problem that was much more cost effective than the originally prescribed rather large dressings for a small wound.Thank you again. I will definitely be coming back for all my medical supply needs and telling my friends and family about the wonderful service i received.

Was shocked at the very poor service and treated badly for a very simple service. I took my businessSomewhere else and had no problem whatsoever.I will never deal with them again as I can getappropriate professional help somewhere else.

Every single time I go here there is a super rude and dismissive old lady. Answers questions even when I ask the other staff. Bitter old “know it all”. When I ask for a product I don’t want your suggestion or opinion. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been getting my supplies from NorDon for over 15 years! The staff are fantastic! Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and go out of their way to help me get the product I need and help find the product right for me. I enjoy all of my dealings with them! They are the ones that make shopping here worth it!

I have been going to Norton Medical for 30 years and I’ve always been treated well. The staff are exceptional but unfortunately not anymore. Upon entering the store one of the staff made discriminating comments to me about how she assumed I treated a couple of people parked in the spot I wanted. I was so shocked when she made the comments, I got my supples and left feeling very unsettled. I thought I could forgive and forget but I can’t. Where else can I go to get my supplies? I still get teary-eyed when I think about it. :-(

Terrible customer service! I never come to this store again, they didn't help me when I asked about a sling I was looking for for my son, the lady at the counter got upset when I asked her for help.
