It’s taken me a long time to write this, Jim is genuinely one of the nicest guys you will meet!! His professionalism is unmatched, and I mean UNMATCHED!!! The time and care he took to help us, it made us feel like he was a close friend we have known for years!!! The intricate knowledge of the working of this environment helped us dodge a lot of cars we would could have suffered with!!
