J Nails

I recently went in for a fill, and I absolutely love the atmosphere there! They always make sure their customers are happy and are always willing to work with you. I have been going to J mail on and off since I was 15yrs old. Knowing that I am well taken care of and always leaving their happy. I won’t go anywhere else!

One nail was placed crooked, I had to ask for it be be corrected. She struggled to get the shape I requested, she filed them too narrow, shorter than I requested and did not achieve the shape I requested and she got me with grinder leaving a tenderspot on my finger. She started my appt late as she did not schedule herself time to eat and she called her child while working on me to yell into her phone. Not the most pleasant experience.

The service is wonderful, everyone is really nice, I showed a picture on how I wanted my nails done and they did it exactly the same way, just loved it!love coming here :)

Dan & Jenny are so warm and friendly. They treat you like family. They take pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and looked after. Dan loves to sing, and if he isn't, then you know there is something wrong. We all love to hear Dan sing and join in.I have been having my nails done by Dan & Jenny for the past 8 years and long May it continue. Keep up the excellent work you guys! Oh and Dan .. keep on SINGING!!!!

I was in tonight getting my nails done and the man who was did my manicure was singing loudly. His singing was so loud it was echoing throughout the whole mall. It was really creepy. I went there to relax but he scared me. Everyone got really quiet when he started doing this. We all were horrified. I thought maybe he was having a nervous breakdown. Me and my friends won't be back.

I went for an acrylic fill and Dan was in a great mood. He is so nice. I love his singing!!! Will always go back!

The worst mani pedi EVER! They babbled ans talked and sang and we’re so annoying. The place is dirty! I still have callous on my heals…she didn’t even put callous remover on my feet…just started grating them. No lotion. Fingernails still dirty. Horrible! Whoever wrote all the positive reviews (the reason I went there). Don’t go there! Photos are right after the service!

By far the best nail salon in Moose Jaw. Dan always went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with my nails. Him and Jenny consistently made my experiences so comfortable and joyous. Even after moving away a few years back and living in a big city, I still have not found the service and results that Dan gave me. Dan also still goes out of his way to check in on me from time to time. A very sweet man that cares deeply about his customers:) Would recommend Dan J Nails to anyone!

Very friendly and helpful staff and a super fun environment! My nails look wonderful and I will definitely be getting my nails done here again!

I recently went in and got gel nail extensions done. When I came in they were behind schedule but I was patiently waiting until they were ready. Dan began doing my nails and he did a good job with the shaping and was easy to talk to. He took time to view the photo of the design of nails I wanted. Once he finished the shaping him and Jenny switched places (no idea why) so Jenny began doing my nails. She seemed very rushed with my nails and was being rude about my hand being stiff (which I was trying to control but there were times I couldn't help it.) She put no effort into the design and didn't follow the photo of the design I gave. There was also no focus on if my nails were even. Again seeming very rushed. I left with uneven length and width nails and the colouring and the lines on my design were very poorly done. And on top of that expensive. The original $47 turned into $65 before tax and tip...an extra $18 for nails I dislike. I definitely won't be returning or recommending this facility to any of my peers. For a place that claims to focus on detail and prioritizes customer satisfaction, my experience was far from it. Disappointing because I rarely get my nails done.
