I was desperately in need of a vehicle- I’ve never financed a car before. Caitlin Wright was so helpful, so nice and found me the perfect vehicle; a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. This is a diesel vehicle, which is more efficient on fuel. This is great considering the price of gas these days. She got me a great monthly rate as well, and even hooked me up with an insurance company that they deal with regularly. This whole experience was great. She educated me a lot on how credit ratings work lol and now I’m so thrilled on my new vehicle! ❤️Thank you Caitlin for helping me! You literally saved me!

Worst experience in any dealership I’ve ever had. I had an appraisal on my truck went in to sign it over and see what vehicles I could trade up for. The owner asked if he could take my truck around the block so I gave him my key, he came back with “Alright bud I’m going to tell you right now if you’re not buying a car from me I don’t want your truck.” While getting close to my face and shoved my key in my face. My mother was there to drive me home after and she called him out for being rude and was continuing to be blatantly rude to both of us he said he didn’t want the truck and we left after saying how customers should be treated.No profanity used until he was rude to my mother for no reason.

I was looking for a vehicle to cut costs on driving my Ram as a daily. Caitlin helped me get one! Originally i wanted a Mazda 6 they had, but it sold. She got me 0 down on a BMW, and made sure the process went smoothly! Definitely recommend Caitlin to anybody looking to get a vehicle!

Amazing Service! I could not be happier with the service from start to finish. Kyle helped me with my purchase, he was very quick to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process, I was also impressed with the inventory great selection. Kyle also gave me great advice on ways to improve my credit, which I appreciate.

I hate posting reviews but this needs to be heard.. beware on what may happen to you! I Reached out back in April about trading my car in to get something newer and a different style.. no one from Barrie loan arranger reached out to me until my 3rd time reaching out to them. They still couldn’t communicate.. after 2 weeks of not hearing a thing Adam Broome from Toronto reached out to me wondering if I’ve gotten into a new car yet I explain what had happened he then explained he reached out because “Barrie’s sale rates have dropped and wanted to see how things were going with my trade in” after him telling me to send him all my information over to him he said I’d hear “Monday or Tuesday” that was going on 3 weeks ago now…. Overall very disappointed in the service at loan arranger. Wonder if they will step there game up

Absolutely atrocious. Disposable service and salesperson. I only hope the other staff are not as rude and do not speak or treat any customers so rudely.The first time we arrived, just inquiring, we were greeted by a salesman who didn’t really know what he was talking about - completely fine! Lovely man. He passed us on to an older employee.We were then greeted by another who knew a lot more, was very helpful, and offered a lot of good advice with no pressure just very high after a couple weeks we were ready to trade in our truck. We received a message about a deal - so headed right in along with my mother in law.In advance : I completely understand that if a miscommunication was made vis a vis trade vs buy, that’s understandable. Any and all form of sale’s conversation is completely normal for a car salesman. That’s a perfectly read conversation to be had.What is not acceptable is how this man accosted my mother in law.Just in general… one would assume… As a salesperson, overall general polite composure is a given, and when that rudeness was pointed out?My mother in law was verbally accosted by the OWNER (possibly head manager - unclear). He took our truck for a test drive, returned and his first words were “LISTEN HERE BUDDY, if you’re not buying from me I’m not buying your truck.” She replied with “ok we don’t have to be rude.”There was no indication of MOT buying from them, just a mention of another car… there are vehicles there that are similar to what we were talking about and given the opportunity, they would have addressed that. He then continued to get louder, along the lines of WHOS BEING RUDE WHATS YOUR ISSUE and barraging this lovely 5’2” lady about how if they would not PURCHASE from him there was no deal… which very fair! All right!! That’s fine!!! That was never even outright said, instead a conclusion was jumped to and this man chose to be mean as all heck.Maybe you had a bad day? Relying on that sale or something? Who even knows… That in no way shape or form gives you the right to respond in that way to a pleasant woman who pointed out that you were being quite rude (also CLEARLY not the greatest sales or service tactic.I hope that any and every customer present for that scene makes a similar review to corroborate.Absolutely horrifying service and honestly just overall poor behaviour… if this employee reads this you should be applaud by your actions and I really hope that the rest of this locations staff does not behave the same as this.Needless to say we will not be returning.***UPDATE ***TO REITORATE AND CONFIRM. Had the service been IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM DECENT. THIS RESPONSE WOULD NOT BE POSTED. No one has the right to verbally attack someone, let alone a CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY when no aggression was ever implied or instigated. The words “that was a bit rude.” That’s all it took.

I am happy that I came to The Loan Arranger to buy a vehicle. I dealt with John Edwards. He was helpful with all my queries. He is an A one person in my books.

I am very happy with my purchase, I purchased a Toyota Corolla with low mileage practically brand new, it's a great car no issues. The staff at the loan arranger is really attentive and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this dealership to family, friends and anyone looking to purchase a car.

Caitlin here at the Barrie Loan arranger is absolutely amazing! She got me into a brand new vehicle! After covid my credit was not the greatest as my business took a big hit the 1st year of covid. I've been working really hard and tying to build my credit up but it's been difficult and Caitlin went to bat for me getting me approved for a loan. I am beyond grateful for her.
