Booked in advance and on the day of the truck rental the store was not opened for me to pick up my truck at the stated time. Very unreliable. Don’t pick this location unless you want to add more stress to your list on moving day.

Poor experience renting a Uhaul from them. The truck we booked the night before was not there. He offered a different truck which to use for one hour and less than 30M was $80 and we were expecting $25-30. The place was closed when we returned an hour later. We will not be using this location again.

I have used their services 3 times now for servicing, vent cleaning and to replace a water heater and my parents have used them for years, fast, efficient and never had a problem. Will keep using. I also called once as my gas fireplace wasn't working and the owner came by after work and helped me with no charge!
