I had a great experience with Melina at Open Connections in Courtenay BC. She explained everything beautifully and spent over an hour on the phone with me to set everything up so I didn't have to be in the office for long. I have mobility issues so that part was the best. In person she was very lovely to talk to.

Basil was great, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I got everything I needed and he ordered me the case I wanted. Very happy.

Basil was great!! I got the phone for my business that I needed and then he gave me a deal I couldn't refuse to upgrade my personal phone!! He even stayed late to make sure I was set up and had everything I needed. I really like the set up of the store, where you sit down with the person helping you as opposed to standing at a counter. I highly recommend visiting this Telus store.

Leanne is outstanding as a manager and a client advisor. She is extremely knowledgable about all Telus products. Despite training a new manager from Vancouver she answered every question both my husband and I continually asked about my new iPhone and my husbands latest Samsung Galaxy. Her sense of humour and patience were so appreciated in our hectic schedule that day. She remembered my husband is subject to sudden drops in his blood sugar and she had snacks ready at her desk in case that happened like it did two years ago when he bought his last phone from””her. We would highly recommend Leanne and all of the amazing staff at Open Connection. Just go in and you will feel as if you are the most important person to ever have entered the Telus store.
