They never disappoint me ever since I lived here. They always help me about 3 or 4 months ago i went to the source my apple watch would answer but could not here no one i tried but nothing the person who helped me deleted it from my phone and took it off find my app nothing more then once and was just going to quit then he remembered about a customer which had the same it was that the dirt or dead skin plug the mic he blew air and cleaned-it-they spent at least 50 minutes or more still works great they will even look up spec on electronics to show the difference never ran into one bad employee there and they have employees that worked there i think 8 or more years. If they see you in town they stop and say hi I bought a lot of electronics there in the past. I even went there today to find were to fix my screen on apple i pad 9 generation they gave me a couple numbers even someone from Osoyoos. Which is better then driving to penticton. A new employee named Gil was great he also got my friends bill sorted out and gave hime a great deal on a samsung galaxy 23. Comes with 256 gigs but early order it comes with 512 gigs more Data and almost the same price as my friends old galaxy Samsung 21 Ultra and the 23 is also a Ultra

Gavin was amazing and had us in new phones with full disclosure regarding our options. We were able to easily make the best choice for us. Best service ever. Will not go anywhere else if I can get it here.

Not impressed. Thank God I had my GOOGLE ASSISTANT on my phone . I ended up asking it the questions I needed to hear from the SALES" team.Returning a defective printer has turned out to be very annoying. Trying to find something to exchange it for ???Almost found one there

Negin for staying late to help me start-up the laptop and Austin for answering random questions about the new technology I found in the store!
