Gardewine

My shipment has been sitting at the local depot for 6 days and they been unable to delivery it for some unknown reason. They keep making excuses including that the business was closed which is completely false since there was an army of people here the day they claimed that. Multiple attempts to contact them have gotten me nowhere. If the shipment doesn't make it here today I will be reporting the shipment as stolen. Avoid Gardewine at all costs.

I work here, wasn't visiting, wouldn't recommend visiting, not much parking spaces available.

Low attention to detail. Delivered my package to the wrong addres because the driver only read one word on the label. Issue could not be resolved within 5 days. Will never use Gardewine again.

i have used Gardwine many times with little issues until the last time i used them. As always, i got several quotes to ship something to my customer and Gardwine was the best so i called them. i said the load had to be there the following day and asked if this would be an issue as i would call someone else if it was. i was assured it would be there on time. well, it wasnt! i called the sudbury branch who told me it would be there and they then told me once it gets to the toronto terminal it was out of their hands to which i replied, then how can you make the commitment it would arrive to the customer on time knowing this..... i called the toronto terminal and was informed that in no way would they have said it would be there when i expected it and they were not willing to even try and accommodate me so, i had to tell my customer it wasnt going to be there when i promised. luckily, he wasnt upset with me but he very well could have been which puts me and my business relationship with them in a difficult place.i was going to call the Sudbury manager but decided not to as the promise was made verbally so i basically had no leg to stand on. so learn from my mistake, if they say they can get it there the next day, get it in an email. BUT, know that it still likely wont make it on time.....

Not the best BUT I won't be leaving them no time soon and they are better than most places the grass always look greener on the other side but it's usually CRAB GRASS

I ordered a unit for delivery and the sales company used Day and Ross delivery. Day and Ross then handed off my delivery to Gardewine. Gardewine Sudbury did not deliver as promised. Spoke with customer service on Monday and was given a choice of Thursday or Friday for delivery. I chose Friday and was promised delivery on Friday between 12-5pm. No truck showed up and no one called to explain. When I called the Sudbury establishment the woman said she was busy doing end of day paperwork and didn't think she could help me. I was told all the drivers were in so I would not be getting my unit. Then I was told they couldn't locate my unit in the morning. I was also told that the drivers were at my house and knocked on the door and rang the door bell, which is a complete lie as I booked off a 1/2 day to be home. This company has done nothing to resolve my issue. I would not recommend using this company at all.

One of the company drive made a terrible move on hwy 17 while i was passing him made my semi truck into the incoming traffic.

Was told I was not getting my freight due to it not being worth their time. But they did take my money and my freight. Took 10 days for a delivery from Toronto. Should've been an overnight delivery.

Dont expect any updates or communication from them on your package or delivery. Only snotty people answering their phones,with different answers and excuses. Horrible !!!

Ordered an item from Home Depot that was picked up by Day Ross in southern Ontario and subsequently transfered to Gardewine for delivery in Sudbury. Parcel was delivered on time and not damaged . Driver was very polite and helpful. Excellent service. Thank you
