Great service... definitely highly recommended

If you'd of asked me a week ago, I'd of given them 5 stars. I was in an urgent situation & required a vehicle, they had me set up within half an hour after calling. The price was reasonable & they were very nice. Upon returning the vehicle, I requested a reservation for the following week (today) as my personal vehicle needed to go back to the shop. Upon picking up a vehicle, which I assumed was the same vehicle (or similar) to the vehicle I rented the week prior, I was surprised to find a significant increase in cost. One employee claimed the rate I had gotten previously was astronomically shocking as she hadn't seen that rate in years. Additionally, they told me prices varied based on demand. She also stated that standard cars go for the rate I got a full sized SUV for. At no point was it communicated with me what vehicle I would be renting today. Upon my own investigations, it's quite clear that staff lied to my face as I could reserve an SUV online for the same rate I had the previous week and some others for even cheaper than that. However, they gave me a more expensive vehicle & lied about their reasons. After calling customer service, I learned that even if I were to return the vehicle after half an hour of renting it to exchange it for a cheaper vehicle, I would still be charged an entire day, plus the cost of the rental for the other vehicle starting as a new day. Which ultimately would still be cheaper than renting the one they lied to me about for the duration of the period I require it, but mighty inconvenient for me as a single mother with 2 jobs and constant juggling of schedules. So, if you must rent from enterprise, do not trust their employees to be reasonable or honest. Do it yourself online. Alternatively and more preferably, just find somewhere else & save yourself the hassle.

We had rented a car for a family vacation and discovered on our way that one of the tires had a major gash. We called Enterprise at Windsor Airport and Jeff was eager to help and found a solution for us where it did not impact our trip plans at all. Great service!!!

We went to rent a Mercedes for a birthday trip getaway only to find out the day before leaving that they where not going to be giving us the Mercedes we wanted but a Chrysler 300 which they call “equivalent”. Thanks for ruining the get away! Won’t be renting here again.

I used to go before and rent a car almost once a month or twice ,they used to have a Manger his name is Todd Maclean ...so nice guy ..try to give best offer and best help to do what u need ,after he went to another branch the new workers there try to use you as best they can and try to push u to corner to accept bad choices with higher rate always. I don't recommend anyone to go to that branch, especially if you deal with the manager in Leamington branch .

The rate was good, the counter staff was professional and courteous.The only problem is that the staff do not know how to properly wash and clean a vehicle.I had requested several times that I needed to have clean windows for when I picked up the car.Windows were hazy and the wash job was poor when I received the car.I asked the staff to re clean the windows, they took the car back to the wash rack and brought it back within 1 minute.Windows were still foggy.I gave up on their promise to give me a clean car.I had to re wash the car and clean all the glass myself at home before the trip.

I rented a vehicle for the last 2 days and was pleasantly surprised. When I heard rental cars were expensive and scarce because of Covid, I didn't like my chances of obtain the car I needed. Not only was the car I wanted available but I got an upgrade to a better vehicle at a nominal fee. The 2 people that I was working with were: Alex Mackie and Jithin George. They were both great! It's nice to know my local rent-a-car company is still a good place to go. Thank you Alex, Jithin and Enterprise.

Today my parents and I went to enterprise in leamington, we were met with two friendly and helpful gentlemen named Alex and Nick, my parents were glad to have such helpful and friendly people there.-Mohammed Alsodani (Dad)
