Great service! A/C went out and Brian was quick to come and assess the situation on a Sunday, I decided to replace my old furnace and old hot water tank at the same time and was accommodated with honesty and integrity with a solid solution that fit my needs and my budget. I had other quotes as well but was not treated nearly as well, Brian was willing to teach me why the products selected were the best options and assisted with a government rebate program as well. The work itself was done on time as scheduled, no surprises so very happy! Look forward to the annual check ups, Class act that I will recommend! Thank you very much! Brian Dick

Heritage Heating & Cooling came over and inspected my AC. Bryan showed up quickly when I called saying the AC stopped working. He was very professional and knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem. We ended up replacing the old unit with a new Goodman unit and I couldn't be happier. Bryan did a great install. Everything level and plum. All the joints soldered with precision. I called Heritage to help with some of the finer details of my basement renovation project. Brian helped identify best practises and quickly got me on his schedule to complete work. He installed a to code dryer vent as well as washroom fan. Brian was quick to reply via text and was in time and punctual. Have already recommended heritage to family and friends and will continue to do so.

We purchased a new home and needed gas lines installed for our dryer and BBQ. Bryan met with me on Friday morning to give me a quote. By Friday afternoon, it was done. The installation was neat and professional. I would highly recommend Bryan and will definitely call him for future requirements.

Brian was a star! Called him in for a quote on a new A/C install as I had another local company tell me unit was unfixable and pressured for me to sign for a new unit (which I didn't thank goodness) Brian came in had a look and realized it could actually be fixed, did his magic, maintenance and I'm back in business. You couldn't ask for a more straight up, professional, decent fella...and when it is time to do an install he will get my business...no question about it...Thanks Brian :)

We called Bryan on a Thurs afternoon when our furnace went out and discussed him coming the next morning. 8 am he was here spent a reasonably short time diagnosing the problem and did a cleaning as well. Checked everything afterward and left, leaving us quite happy with the work he did. Will be having him back to service our AC as well, Thank you Bryan

Have used Heritage to maintain my old furnace and AC for a couple of years. Bryan was always professional, helpful and reasonable. So when we were doing a major renovation I didn’t hesitate to call Bryan for new installation services. We replaced complete system with new furnace, AC, HWT, thermostat and ductwork relocations. Also had gas BBQ and stove hookup preformed. Bryan does EXCELLENT work. Don’t hesitate to call him for your HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
