I usually pop into the north location after a workout to grab a protein bar or snack. The staff is always knowledgeable and always has new suggestions for products I might like to try or switch out for things I already use, I’ve recently made the switch to a protein powder that was recommended to me by a staff member and am very happy with it! I’ve also purchased some of their better body leggings and love them! After a year of use they still have no piling or show any wear. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, especially Jason... All staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Excellent quality athletic gear that always fits great at a good price. They always seem to have all sizes in stock and lots of sales and promotions and a ton of products to choose from and always new stuff coming in. Would highly recommend!!!

The staff always go above and beyond to help provide you with the product/service that fits your fitness goals. Always stocked up with the best brands of clothing. I just tried the protein bread that was recommended to me and it’s phenomenal; makes the best French toast ❤️Have never had a bad experience, won’t go anywhere else.

Justin and Jason are always there to help out, and assist with whatever you need.They can help with any supplement questions and suggestions that you might have. Great selection and prices! On top of it all, they have some of the best workout gear out there. Hugh quality clothing that can be worn both to the gym and out and about.Def worth checking out.

Best place in town to get supplements that are not found elsewhere in Regina. Axe & Sledge make some of the best protein taste and texture. Try the S’more. Rich Piana 5% is amazing pre workout and sleep aid products. Flavours are just on point! The shop is so well versed in each product. Ask questions and get the best advice!

Everyone is super friendly, they take the time to learn your name and what is important to you and where you are in your fitness journey to ensure you are getting the best advice and products to help you reach your goals. Everyone is very educated and don't try to sell you the most expensive product, they want to ensure you are getting the best supplement for you. That is what makes them different supplement shops.
