Dr.Cruz you definately don't care about your patients just trying to get as much money from the insurance plans as you possibly can . I sense your own employeescan not work for you as I have seen countless changes of faces to an entirely run office operated by yourself. You should feel ashamed of yourself for how many times you cancelled my appointments in the last minute. Many professional dentists out there you are definitely not one of them.
