The store itself has a great selection however some of the staff are extremely unmannerly.

My family were trying seeking shelter from a serve thunder storm and went to gt to get our children to safety (age 1,3 &6) the winds were strong, rain was heavy & lightning kept striking constantly everywhere around us..The lady with curly blonde hair said it was okay to sit there until it stopped to protect the children but the miserable old women with long black and grey hair with straight across bangs kicked us out into that weather!!June 26 2023This is how GT treat their customers! I’ve shopped here for 6 god damn years, but when I try to protect my children from the storm (there was warnings to take shelter immediately) we get thrown out to what could of been our death!? No one else complained, they said “good thing you got the kids into here & out of that mess”GT doesn’t care for its customers safety or health clearly!How do you hire such disgusting employees!!This is a branch that was broken from the weather (on our way home)

I didn't ask, I wasn't going to, but the employee offered to look in the back for me for a little sewing kit. Thank you!

Good store to shop in and there is two stores located in the Walmart plaza and one in the south at Sidney & Bridge Street west.

Great place to get food, clothing, and some household goods. Plenty of selection, but they do occassionally take a couple of days to properly restock some things. Been going here for years to get snacks, and t-shirts for work. Recommend it here.

This is a good Canadian owned small department store. Good selection with reasonable prices. Very pleasant staff.

Very nice customers service that deserves the 5 stars! In regards to the grocery part of the store sometimes some products get wilted on the shelf. Last time I've found on my lemons bag one molded, another time it was an apple. However overall the store is good & above, clean & neat, with reasonable prices & has pretty much all needed. Thank you!

Great store. They have replaced all but 2 cashes with self check.outs that do NOT accept cash. Makes it very very inconvenient if you need to pay cash. I now think twice about shoping here for this reason

Best place ever to buy food and clothing. Beats walmart by a mile! Love there selection in everything

Was in this store 8:30 pm 12 December 2022, took my purchase to the cashier (the only one) and found the tap was not working .I informed the cashier that the terminal was faulty only to be told with attitude told that it works and its my card that is at fault. Oddly it worked at every subsiquent store I visited .I usually enjoy my retail experience at this store but in future will try to use the self checkouts as they are alot less confrontational.
