This place is a gem. The food is amazing. I’d say best Mexican I’ve ever had. All home made no Gordon’s food services delivering here. Maria and her family do it all from scratch. When this place is open you need to try it. But heads up. Food was delicious and tasty. Highly recommend.

So although the setting is a bit sketchy. It's a bit weird driving into a driveway set back from the highway don't let that bother you. The food was great. They make an awesome tequila sunset and Pina coloda. The portions were gigantic. We had ponchos, burritos, and tortas. Chicken was not dry. Burritos were not soggy. Everyone said their food was good. Service was pleasant. Definitely recommend eating outside. Kind of smells inside. Hours are limited so be sure to check and they are closed in winter.

A wonderful little find! Cozy patio with a huge picnic table.The shrimp tacos were our favourite. But seriously, do yourself a favor and make sure to get some beans with chips to dip! I could have eaten a gallon of those cheesey beans alone. Wow!Hard to beat a well balanced margarita on a hot summer day as well.

When this place is open you need to try it. But heads up. Food does take a bit of time. So you do need to be patient, believe me it’s worth the wait. Ask for Maria’s hot sauce , it will change your life.

The best hidden gem if you want to experience authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine. It is one of those places that you stumble on and wish you knew about it sooner. I drive past this place all the time and never made the time to stop and eat. Now I can't wait to go back before Maria closes for the season. Don't drive by...stop in and eat.

Great food on the south side, sometimes a little slow, try the hot sauce if thats your thing and the tacos on special.
