I highly recommend both the products and the service that Mandy at Glass House Xperience provides.Mandy created beautiful orbs for each of our family members as a memorial keepsake for our late Mother. Everyone treasures them. I love that mine has both my Moms and my favourite colours. I keep it on my windowsill where the morning sun hits it. My husband chose to have a beautiful heart keepsake made for his late Mother.I have personally taken several classes with Mandy and her staff over the last several years. They are very organized and walk you through safety protocols the process to ensure that you are prepared and comfortable around the equipment. I was a nervous at first. I made a glass my first class, which turned out pretty good . Since then I’ve made a pumpkin and a couple of pots for some small house plants.It’s fun watching others create when Mandy has her mobile studio set up. Everyone walks away with smiles on their faces.I LOVE my olive oil bottle that I received as a gift.

Mandy put a personal face to an online transaction, so important when you are entrusting a stranger with the ashes of your loved one. She was respectful, professional and kind, and I just know she treated my mom's ashes with the same kindness. The globe she created is beautiful and timeless, just the perfect expression of my mother's love. I enjoy it every day.

I would highly recommend the Glass House Xperience. I sent two separate little bags of ashes to them and in return I receive a beautiful glass dog bone and a heart. I was having a very hard time trying to decide what to do with the ashes and now I have them displayed in my home and absolutely love them.

My family certainly sustained a loss this past year, and when we looked at some ways to remember our lost family members, we can across your website. We found the memorial ornaments something that our family would enjoy. We did have some difficulty with Canada Post delivering the ashes in a timely fashion and we did resend with tracking.
