Very polite, helpful, professional, friendly, quick and efficient staff. He also dropped us to the bus stop, that help a lot, especially in very cold weather. Said he would charge me 70$ for a missing 3/4 of a tank of gas. Ended up being 90 bucks. He didn’t say a word about it and he drove me to the airport. Was a very awkward ride. I over paid for my vechical also. Because the bigger car rental companies were all sold out at the airport. I didn’t mind supporting the small car rental company but after the gas thing it was a joke. I was better off ubering to a different hertz location. Overall this guy was a scam
