This is a difficult review to write because the staff were extremely nice and welcoming but unfortunately I got a terrible haircut. The friendly staff offered me a coffee and made me feel comfortable but they were regrettably incapable of following simple instructions. I asked that my hair be washed after the cut to remove all the little pieces of hair. I was told that they would rinse my hair before the cut to wet it but they ended up shampooing and washing it anyway. I then clearly asked for a specific length of cut with a part on the left but my hair was left much longer than I wanted and there was no part. They then shaved my neck with some medieval torture instrument and no shaving cream until it was red and raw. After 45 minutes of trying to shorten my hair the proper length and repeatedly going over the same areas I said that everything was great so that I could get out of there. I was left with tons of cut hair remnants all over my clothes and body as well as an irritated neck.
