Got a pair of prescription sunglasses here but the frame got broken just one year later. I used it lightly with care and am very disappointed at the poor quality of the frame which is not cheap. When I reported this to the store, they said it has been more than one year and they could not do anything for this, even though I am a long term customer. Will not go back again

They were very friendly, helpful and patient in getting me to try a variety of glasses to find one which fit my face in a style I liked. It’s a nice family run business and the owner is really fun to talk to.They were very quick in getting me the glasses too and I was able to pick them up the next day after the purchase. I was also able to go back to get my glasses further adjusted and was warmly welcomed back if I’m in need of any further adjustments.Thank you for the outstanding service and taking the time to ensure that I’d find a pair of glasses I’d love!

Absolutely amazing service, I picked up new lenses for my old frames and when they kept popping out I had taken them back in thinking they did not do a good job replacing them. The owner was able to straighten out and rethread my old frames while also providing me new lenses (as the recent purchased lenses were chipped from popping out of the frames)I was treated with much respect and honesty while trying to resolve an issue.They have a new customer for life thank you 20/20!

I first came into 2020 Vision Clinic about 10 years ago after I slept on my glasses and really bent them. Even though it was my first time there, he fixed them and did not charge me for it. Since that day every year I've gone there to get new glasses and I could not be happier, they bring in frames they think I would like, always have a great selection, and the price is always the best part. It's a business that understands, respects, and rewards customer loyalty.

I have been getting my glasses here for years. The service is exceptional every time! Even though it's been years since I've been there, he knows me and offers advice and options based on the styles I like. And today I found a new pair of glasses and they were ready in the time it took for me to oder a coffee. Highly recommend!! Thank you for being great!

Great service! Vajih makes us feel as being part of the family. We used his service since forever, 20 years or so. I suffered a concussion during an accident four years ago. Among other limitations, walking was greatly affected. Vajih was the one who suggested glasses with prisms and special tinting to reduce the symptoms and help me with my walking. The glasses are great. They make my brain feel so good that I don't take them off at all, only when I sleep. Thank you for introducing me to prisms, it's been life changing. Been coming here for 15 years and the service here is always impeccable. Vajih builds a trusting relationship with all his clients and shows genuine care.Great quality glasses too. Have never had an issue with them and they are always ready very quickly.
