My husband and I visited this store this Sunday and the sales rep Gisela helped us with our purchase and treated us with respect. We are used to receiving subpar service at some places because of our ethnicity but Gisela was an excellent help from the moment we stepped into the store till we made our purchase and left. It was a memorable shopping experience.

For most of my life I've always shopped online, but recently all that changed when I received one of the best services I've had in a shoe store since my father owned one himself. A young girl who initially helped me through the phone and then in person named Karni, really makes me want to buy a shoe from the store everytime I go there just so I can be served by her.As a business owner myself I can say Browns is lucky to have her in the team . Thank you Ms. Karni for the service my wife loves your choice of shoes.

I had a wonderful time at the store yesterday. I went to try on some Blundstone boots and Marzia went above and beyond for me. She answered all my questions with patience and a big smile! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for boots!

Don’t buy here.You buy items full price with worst service. I bought a pair of shoes and two weeks later the skin started peeling off. I took them to the Store they said even if I bought them expensive they can’t do anything about them. You don’t want to buy shoes to last for two weeks

Excellent customer service by the store manager who exceeded our expectation. A pair of boots for my daughter was purchased online and unfortunately did not have a very long life expectancy due to a ripped seam. The brand is known for it's durability and surprised by such an issue. The store manager explained that it wasn't to be worn in the winter (which it was) and still replaced it for us. We are so grateful for her assistance and will be sure to come back for future purchases.

Had a great experience at this location. Had a pair of Ugg boots that I had to exchange the size and the cashier Teetair was very helpful and kind.
