I found Sara Neilson to be a very good instructor of Food Safe Level 1 as the curriculum was very well explained and my questions were answered very politely and with enthusiasm. I would definitely recommend anyone to do this in class program, particularly at Mainland Safety Training. Thank you!

Great courses with good instructors that actually care about you learning the material. Took the TSC and CSO courses with them and they made it a breeze. Testing was straightforward and the information was well reviewed and explained. Course materials are so useful I will be using them even after completed.

She presented the course material in a professional style with amazing positive energy which made it easy to remember and learn. She is very thorough with the practice parts of this course.
