We only have great things to say about this company. We had a tempered glass window replaced after it had shattered during the winter in our sun room.Very knowledgeable and courteous installation. Our installer cleaned up after the installation and everything looks like it never happened.Cost was very reasonable.

Great service and very fair prices. We had 3 windows that needed repairs and the service tech was very knowledgeable. We had considered replacing each window entirely, but Guelph Glass was able to keep out costs down and replace broken parts. Very happy!

We had Guelph Glass replace all the closet doors in our home with sliding mirrored doors and the result looks fantastic. Everything went seamless- the in home measurements, quote, communication and installation went very smooth. Special shout out to the installation technicians- Billy & Taylor- they are detail orientated and very meticulous. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Overall- an excellent company and I highly recommend Guelph Glass.

I just have to say:1) Wow!2) Thank you!The folks at Guelph Glass are fantastic. My wife had called two glass shops for an estimate on cutting a piece of glass to replace a broken Garage door window. The first place no joke, quoted 200$ for a replacement. Guelph Glass, 10$ for the same piece.Not only did Guelph Glass have the glass cut the same day we asked, but they also re-cut it for us (for free!) when we goofed on our initial measurements.Really fantastic, friendly service. Calling them was quick and easy. They also have a nice small office to get some ideas for projects in the house.I recommend them and will happily do business again!

Just had a living room window glass replaced. The installers were very pleasant and professional. They did not leave any mess at all behind. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. Window glass was previously replaced by a different company and they did a very poor job. Night and day difference in the two experiences, with this company coming out on top by far.

I'll admit I'm a pragmatist when it comes to windows. I don't replace them unless they're rotting. Our poor garage window had seen better days and it was ultimately Guelph Glass we chose to do the replacement. All interactions from the start were excellent. They were responsive, scheduled an estimate quickly and the person who gave the estimate was a pleasure to talk to and gave us all the information we'd need to make an appropriate choice with regard to the window style. Sadly there was a lengthy lead-time, but that is not unexpected given the current situation with the pandemic and economy. Their time estimate was thankfully bang-on and the staff that performed the replacement went well beyond just providing the window replacement, offering some advice on a related issue we were going to have to deal with ourselves. A solid company, and a pleasure to work with. Next time I'm doing a window, I'll just call Guelph Glass and skip the multiple estimates nonsense. Great experiences here obviously. I would recommend their services.

I have used Guelph Glass several times now for various projects over the years (ordered mirror panes, glass panes and fixing a screen in a window) and every single time they have EXCEEDED my expectations. I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars i could give them.1) They have always had what i ordered ready on time ( actually way ahead of time. They're fast!! ).2) The quality of their work is amazing. Everything they have done for me has been perfect ( and i'm known to be picky). They are good at what they do.3) Every time I compared, their prices were significantly lower than any other place i called. Unbeatable. So much that i don't even bother comparing anymore, i know they are fair. I moved and still drive to Guelph to buy from them.My sister recently got 6 quotes for glass panes from other stores, called me discouraged with the prices she got, i suggested to try Guelph Glass and they had everything ready in no time for 1/4 of the price she was quoted from the other companies.4) Great customer service. Steve and the rest of the team are always great. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have offered clear expert advice when needed for various projects ( what thickness of glass or mirror to order for that project, what kind of silicone to use, etc) , and always call as soon as what i ordered is ready. No miscommunication.I don't give reviews often but felt i needed to highlight their exceptional work as they stand out. I have never been dissapointed, they will continue to be my go to for glass, mirror and screens, and for future projects i have. I would not hesitate to refer someone to them.
