Super bon service, fiable et tout. J'adore avoir accès à un bon réseau malgré ma ruralité.J'apprécierais une banderole ou un avertissement sur la page web lorsqu'il y a des problèmes de réseau. Ça éviterait les appels et les diagnostiques inutiles.

We pay $100 a month and only get half of the speed we actually pay for. So disappointed. This company never answers their phone, takes a week to call back and never has any explanation or reason for the slow service. I do not recommend this company.Update to respond to Coop Csur's response: Yes, my account is under a different name. I don't see why that matters. Fiber optic is not available in my region. Lastly, every single time we have called for support, there's been no answer and no response after leaving voice messages.

worst internet ever. They changed our tower which made it slower used to get 1-2 MB/s now i get nothing above 500kb/s or 0.5MB/s. I asked why the internet is slow. They told me it's cause of the tower, and then i asked if they can get us a tower and install it. I said we were going to pay for it. COOP CSUR never replied and gave me the same excuse saying I have to change the tower. Internet is slow, service sucks, they don't do anything to help. AVOID COOP CSUR!

I sent an email about a week ago - never had a reply. The internet over the last few weeks cuts out often or the picture and voices get all messed up. I have fibre Optic. I really enjoyed CSUR and I do not want to change but I live alone and with this isolation we need our internet so much more often.

Ça va faire bientôt 10 ans que nous sommes avec CSUR , nous avons commencé en 2013 à St-Marhe et après notre déménagement en 2018 nous avons décidé de rester avec eux vu l'excellent service. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème et excellent service à la clientèle. Nous recommandons CSUR

Horrible connection, outages every week. We pay for a 50MB and rarely get over 30MB. Customer service is hard to reach and call backs are often a week later.

When we first got the internet service we were very happy. It was better than anything we had before. They were always helpful when there was a problem. No issues for over a year. But in the last 6 months it has really gone downhill. Our internet is now terrible. It is disconnecting constantly. And it has been slowing down consistently based on speed tests. I email them constantly to report the changes. They tell me I have things in the house accessing. I have always had things accessing but never a problem like this. We used to watch Netflix now it wont even load. My last speed test was .05 download and .01 upload. It doesnt even make sense. But no one will come to the house to check what it could be. Very disappointed, they were not always like this.

Quelle joie de pouvoir enfin avoir une telle vitesse internet !Après tellement d'années d'attente enfin un fournisseur qui considère les gens de partout comme étant importants (ce que les grandes compagnies de télécom n'ont jamais fait).Chaudement recommandé pour passé au siècle actuel !
