Being a regular client, I have been using their services for quite a long time. My experience has always been good. Would like to mention Neha, she’s does the job really well!

I usually get my eyebrows and chin done here. I get my eyebrows threaded and they always come out nice. For my chin, I usually ask for wax as I find the results better. They always pass me at the time I booked for.

Amazing!!! I have been going to this place for few years now. I tried other places in between and they cannot be compared to Harshi Salon.Employees are very friendly, professional, fast, reliable and place is very clean. They disinfect after each client.I like the fact that the owner is always trying to improve and apply quality standards.I believe there's a language barrier with some employees but they are working on it from what i heard from them, they are attending French classes.i'm not someone who normally write reviews, but i think this business is worth 5 stars.Keep up the good work!

I used to love going to this place, but my last visit was very unpleasant due the owners behaviour. Her behaviour was rude and uncalled for. I don’t think I will be going back.To the owner: It is your business, you have the right to run it how you want. It is ok if you want people to book appointments a month in advance for eyebrows and upper lips threading. But please mention that to your clients beforehand and nicely.Response: Thank you for your response. I completely agree with you about mental health and overworking employees. When I made the appointment I did not force you or insist you or your staff. I simply asked. Also, for the $60 service I was given service in-between clients(I waited 30 minutes) and nobody stayed late for me to attend to my needs. Again it is your business you choose how to run it but being rude and aggressive with your tone is apparently not the way to treat your clients.

I used to love going to that salon but the last time I went, I've had a bad service. It was a new employee. She was rude and she messed up my eyebrows. I usually give an extra tip but this time I did not. I left and promise myself to never go back. Also, she didn't clean up after each service, very annoying. To the owner: it's important to emphasize in a welcoming and clean environment.

Very nice staff, enjoyed my service except for the fact that people kept trying to walk in without an appointment or the lady's phone kept ringing for appointment making. One thing I would suggest to enhance the cosrumer experience is that there should maybe be a staff at the entrance, like a receptionist so that the services arent interrupted. Thank you

Super long wait; brows done all wrong way too thin despite me having microblading done which should make the eyebrows perfect after threading.... tons of bumps and pimples after and a scar on my eyelid. Tons of better places for 4/5$ they ask for 7... not worth the wait, not professional; I regret going there...
