Went in late Saturday looking for a goalie mask and somehow made our way to looking at skates. We were unaware that the store was closed by then. Store manager, Jamie helped us and never said a word. Jamie was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

It use to be a great place for figure skating has really gone downhill..i have been fighting since July for a pair of blades that have been peeling really bad. My daughter got a piece stuck in her finger this week. Its getting dangerous now and the price you pay for blades this should not happend. Today i called 2 times for the manager who was suppose to call me back and never did. I even went to the store and he convienently stepped out. So i was told i would be contacted by the end of the day and nothing ..no call.. i have saved what was taken out of her finger and i guess i might have to go to my lawyer soon.

Definitely the place for your hockey gear. They have all the goalie equipment you need plus all the staff is very knowledgeable. I think they all play hockey and it shows. The repair shop is amongst the best I have ever seen. I have yet to find something they can't repair.

We tried to purchase a pair of skates at this location and even though the selection available seemed nice we decided to leave because the customer service was poor. The young guy helping" us seemed annoyed from the moment we walked in. The overall atmosphere felt hostile. We decided to leave

Had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. New to the area I asked around as to where I could get my skates sharpened. Tried this place-walked in and was greeted by a grumpy skate sharpener. Asked some questions about availability of certain cuts. Was instantly hit with ridiculous attitude. I reluctantly handed over my skates and was shocked to see the sharpener going back and forth on my blades. This ruins the profile on your blades, as well as normally burns the heels and toe. Ruins the grain of the steel. The other shocking part is that there wasn't a sharpening level in sight. Resulted in a poor off level sharpening. With 10 years of sharpening experience, I was shocked with what I saw. I was wondering if it was because I upset the sharpener somehow, but witnessed him do the same to the next customers skates. I'd suggest some how-to sharpen skate videos on YouTube, and an attitude adjustment. I'd also suggest avoiding this place like the plague if you're serious about your skates.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. My son needed new hockey shin guards, as we walked in I asked where to find them and the cashier woman just lazily pointed to the area, I asked for assistance in sizing his shin guards properly and no one came.Found a couple of different shin guards and went to the counter to ask for help between the two brands only to have her respond “I don’t know, I’m just a cashier”. Well here is a tip, maybe say “I am sorry I do not know, but please let me get one of our team members to help assist you with that!”The look on her face looked like I have severely inconvenienced her by making her do her job and process a transaction. When she handed me my receipt. Regretfully now I said thank you, only to get zero response. Are we seriously at a point where customer service is so bad she couldn’t even respond “ your welcome please come again”?Well no worries, I will never go back there again.

Terrible quality bats bought 2 bats dead out of the wrapper won’t take them back or exchange them like it says on the receipt employees have no knowledge about anything in the store do no recommend wasting your time or money there

Walked in ,young lady said good morning, which was great. No one offered at anytime to help and I was in front of the counter struggling, looking for sneakers. Staff was talking to someone about their co-ed sport and how upset that something was done on purpose. All kinds of staff around but not once did anyone ask if I needed help. I guess I must be used to someone always asking to help.I went to the Running Room instead.I won't be back to the Source anytime soon.
