Arlington Lakes Recreation Site

We absolutely love this campsite. It's a forestry site, so it's forst come, first serve. The outhouses are always clean. The lake is beautiful!! There are a lot of hiking trails close to the campsite as well.

First time visiting and although cold, we really enjoyed the fall colours. Road in was in good condition, even after a bit of rain. Lots to do around the lakes - fishing, walking, ATV trails, and the KVR. Lots of wildlife too. No services at the camp. BYO everything and pack it all out at the end. Definitely on my visit again list.

Lots of great sites and a few not so good ones. There is a host on duty, but no firewood sales.There is no running water, though plenty of water available if you sterilize it. Potties are pit toilets but the operator has them serviced so they are not as bad as some. Lots of well used, and many disused, atv trails.The kvr section nearby could use a lot of work in order to be a useful hiking and biking trail. Its still passable but it was much better a few years ago. Still a really beautiful place.This rec site would be a great spot to develop into a larger provincial park one day.

Always a pleasure and peaceful camping, helps that they have a host which is always on top of things!

A great quiet place less than an hour from the laid back hustle and bustle of Kelowna. Lakevale is also a great location to get more water while on the Kettle Valley Railway trail!

Took my son here for his first camping trip early June.We had an amazing time, despite an aggressive rain storm in the middle.Our site was beautiful, right near the water and generously sized.The host was pleasant and the fire wood on offer was decent.Very peaceful setting. Hearing the loons in the evening with a campfire going was magnificent.It felt like true camping as it's away from any busy roads and very little cell signal.The KVR is right there, so nice for a bike ride.We caught some fish from shore, but it's a nice lake with a little boat as well.Pit toilets were reasonable at the time we were there.Overall, great campsite that I'd come back to.

Great campsite with day use area. The road is good for sedans as well.12$ a night, 11 pm to 7 am is quiet hours. Firewoods are sold for a reasonable price.Remember to have cash!

Stopped here with our kayak. Small lake up a rough but passable logging road. Lake is surrounded by brush and trees so no real swimming beach just a few very small outlets from the camping spots scattered around. Small boat launch area. Lots of logs in the water so not the best swimming area. Maybe better for fishing??? Short kayak around lake. Campsites shaded and dispersed. Quiet but nothing that special. Lots of empty sites 1st weekend in July.
