Have been a patient of Goodacre for atleast a decade now. She's always been great with me. I would recommend her to anyone.I've read a lot of reviews regarding poor behaviour from one of the receptionists. I highly doubt it's the one for Goodacre because she's always been very kind with me.

I had an appointment today 11 15am after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment I was 12min late for it. Lady at desk was rude to me,throw my health card back at me give me a Disgusted looked and told to sit. Calls me 15 mins later to tell me that I would have to wait until my doctor was done lunch to see me. When I asked how long this would be and she said she didn't know. So a left because I couldn't wait for hours to found out.Rude service.

We had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with your receptionist regarding our disabled aunt. To say she was unhelpful would be a gross understatement-She was unnecessary sarcastic, horrendously rude and completely dismissive!! Given the number of unflattering reviews on how this absolutely unprofessional woman represents your office I'm shocked that you continue to employ her!

Been going here as long as i can remember. First had dr. Opie now with dr. Goodacre. Wont ever go to a different family doctor. Always feel welcomed and not judged.

Extremely disappointed with my current family doctor. My daughter's health concerns were horribly neglected. Thankfully, she was seen by Dr Stevenson, who looked after her concerns immediately.Unfortunately for us, Dr Stevenson has very recently retired, and we will be leaving Rosedale Medical as soon as we can find a new doctor.

Would give 0 stars. Since Dr. holdway left, reception is super rude on the phone. Can never get an appointment. Better off going to a walk-in clinic

Dr. Goodacre is the most kind and caring doctor Ive ever encountered. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient , she always listens to my concerns and guides me in the right direction . Dr. Goodacre has been a tremendous support in my life.

Waited for 50~ minutes for a PHONE appointment with a doctor there. Receptionist took about 20 minutes to respond after and said it was an IN PERSON appointment (they literally called the other day and told me it was still on the phone)They also said the doctor tried to call me and they have my number on file and it is correct but I literally never received the call and the receptionist got rude with me and kept saying IT SAYS HERE HE CALLED YOU AND YOU DIDN'T PICK UP"Last time I had an appointment too the doctors refused to see me because I was around six minutes late

Secretary for doctor McLeod continues to be unprofessional. I called to follow up after two weeks of using a nasal spray without relief from ear pain. She asked me, in a nasty tone, what I expected to have done. Is that not for the doctor to decide? Also said the doctor covering for Goodacre is all booked and only accepts emergencies, told me to speak up

Have been with Rosedale Medical Group since they opened on Queenstown Rd. The staff is professional and Doctors are great. I was a patient of Dr. Opie for 45 years until his retirement and then went to Dr. Goodacre. I have no complaints about my medical treatment.
