I have been coming to this branch for 2 years since moving to this neighborhood. The service here are getting better and better. The manager at this branch is amazing in connecting with the clients and keeping everything going smoothly!

The teller’s are busy checking their phones. So rude, they make mistakes counting physical cash by hand. Don’t use the machine to count notes.There is no professionalism in the bank, they are mixing professional and personal life together and taking their customers for granted, especially at this location with customer service. But no choice this is the only branch open till 6pm in my neighbourhood.So sad RBC ☹️

Holding my certified cheque by this branch from TD Bank to my RBC business account was a real surprise. They were slow and unprofessional. I don't know why my own cheque must be on hold!!!!!It's reddiculos.

believe it or not, they dont care at all. They dont give a ... . The client are nlt important. I recived a bad advice and called many times, they dont care and they dont solve my problem. They pass me to each other. I filed an official complaint. They mailed me my letter of complaint and it is one month already and nobody has called me for my complaint. That is funny and annoying. I have to emphasize once again, ...RBC does not care about its clients.

Very dysfunctional branch. I wonder if half of the staff is just trying to get laid off so they can go on EI. Takes Meena the teller over 15min to process a simple certified cheque deposit. She needs retraining.

We went there to open an account after making appointment twice. But we were turned down for the reasons like system down and absence of the person whom we were supposed to meet. We made an appointment in the morning for the same day afternoon time, the person was not present for the appointment. Wonder what RBC staff can explain about their customer service....

Ridiculous. I deposited cash and got a call 30 mins later and said they were short 600. I verified the amount myself and so did the teller. Without my authorization they took 600 out of my account. I went to the branch immediately and they said nothing can be done without the branch manager. They took 600 out of my account just to balance their own account. How is that even legal? If i want to make quick money maybe I should work for this branch and steal cash from their customers too? 600 bucks in 30 mins isn't bad.

This place is worst I have ever seen. Take more 30 mins to pay a bill. Most counters are empty.
